Answer

What is the 'Enhanced display' option in preferences menu ?

If this option is checked, it provides visual enhancements (shading, transparency, etc ....).

How to improve the speed of the display ?

Go to the menu, select Preferences MorphOS Screens click, double-click on the screen and uncheck Ambient "Enhanced display".
By unchecking this option, you disable the enhanced display of the selected display (here the Ambient desktop) as transparency and shading effects, you will reduce significantly the consumption of graphics memory.
If you have a Mac mini G4 with only 32 MB of graphics memory, it is strongly recommended to disable this option.
To know the amount of graphics memory to your machine, run the tool 'GraphicBoard' located in the 'Utilities'.
You can also remove the double tripple buffering in Display preferences Engine.

Go to the menu, select MorphOS preferences, click on screens, double-click on the ambient screen and uncheck "Enhanced display".

By unchecking this option, you disable the enhanced display of the selected display (here the Ambient desktop) as transparency and shading effects, you will reduce significantly the consumption of graphics memory.

To know the amount of graphics memory to your machine, run the tool 'GraphicBoard' located in the 'Utilities' drawer.

You can also remove the double tripple buffering in Display Engine preferences.

How to open an MUI application in a new screen ?

Each application MUI can open on its own screen, it just open the MUI preferences of your software (via the menu), in the Screen tab, create a new screen dedicated to this application and edit its parameters (screen name, resolution, number of colors, display settings, themes, etc ...) and save your preferences. At the next reboot, the application will open each time on the new screen.

Each MUI application can open on its own screen, for that just open the MUI preferences of your software (via the menu), in the Screen tab, create a new screen dedicated to this application and edit its parameters (screen name, resolution, number of colors, display settings, themes, etc ...) and save your preferences.  Why on Odyssey Web Browser, in window mode, streaming videos are slowed ?

In "small window", it's the Cairo graphics engine that is responsible for display and as it is still software version, that monopolizes the CPU quite significantly. For more fluidity, it is better to switch to full screen mode for overlay takes over.
